1) 2015 Fee for Service Contracts

Discussion ensued thereon

Resolved - That the Committee recommend to Council

The 2015 Fee for Service (FFS) proposed contracts be approved minus the Cariboo-Chilcotin Conservation Society's Fee for Service contracts and that a meeting be held with the Society to discuss their FFS Contracts

Resolved - That FFS Contracts be dealt with on a 2 year basis, rather than annually

2) 2015 Grants in Aide

Discussion ensued thereon

Resolved - That the Committee recommend to Council

1) Cariboo-Chilcotin Partners for Literacy - $0

Approved by the following vote:

Affirmative - Mayor Cobb and Councillors Nelson, Ryll, Smith and Zacharias
Negative - Councillor L. Walters

2) Williams Lake Cross-Country Ski Club - $2,643
3) WL Curling Club - $10,000

Resolved - That a request be forwarded to local First Nations to financially participate in Fee-for-Service & Grant in Aide applications
