Quesnel Arena Groundbreaking Ceremony
Yesterday - elected officials from the City of Quesnel/Cariboo Regional District and reps from NDIT/West Fraser held a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the construction of the West Fraser Center (Ice Arena) in Quesnel.
