Yesterday - the Cariboo Regional District issued one evac alert and one evac order -- details here
Meanwhile - the City of Williams Lake's Evac Alert issued this past Monday evening remains is place. Details here
The Evacuation Order for 100 Mile House remains in place while there are no active efforts in Quesnel/Wells in relation to wildfires
At last night's media technical briefing:
* 17 evacuation orders in effect. 34,380 people in total are affected over a 11,000 square km area. 1 New Evac Order/1 Evac Alert issued, Evac Order (Chilcotin River) to affect a few hundred people
* 3500 to 4000 calls today from the public at the CRD Emergency Operations Centre
* 12,000 people today (July 12th) in the Williams Lake ESS reception centre. It was a quieter day. Total number of people register is 13,017
* 2 lost structures confirmed in the 108 Mile Ranch Fire
* Power was also restored in the 108 Mile Ranch and 103 Mile.
