Forseth to seek re-election in Cariboo RD Area 'D'

Yesterday - I visited the Williams Lake Tribune and the Goat (Radio Station) and declared that I would seek a 2nd term as the Cariboo Regional District's Electoral Area 'D' 'Director.  Electoral Area 'D' covers the communities of Mile 168 Rd, Commodore Heights, Fox Mountain, Pine Valley, Wildwood, Deep Creek, Soda Creek Valley, Tyee Lake, McLeese Lake, Mcallister to South Marguerite

Read the Tribune article here

In the next term, I would like to see work completed on the following projects:

* New Fire Hall for McLeese Lake
* New Combo Community/Fire Hall for Tyee Lake
* Secure old Wildwood Elementary School site for community use in Wildwood
* Continue 'community conversation' in Wildwood in regards to dogs/water
* Restoration of the 'old' Soda Creek Cemetery
* Initial Review of the Williams Lake Fringe OCP
* Review Cariboo RD's Solid Waste Management Plan by end of 2022 and replace it with new one for the 2023-2033 term

There will also be local "one-off" issues that the Cariboo RD's Area 'D' Director will deal with as well...

As I said on Facebook yesterday evening, it has been an honour/privilege to serve the residents of Electoral Area 'D' these last 4 years (2014-2018) and I hope to be permitted to continue to serve for the 2018-2022 term
