In an effort to enhance operational efficiency, the City of Quesnel will be changing its City Hall public hours.
Beginning March 1, 2021, City Hall, located at 410 Kinchant Street will be open to the public from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and will be closed on statutory holidays.
Over the years past years, City Staff have worked to digitize many processes, thus reducing the amount of in-person visits to City Hall. Reduced public hours also provide public service staff with time at the beginning and end of their workday to implement procedures that cannot be done while addressing visitor needs.
Residents are encouraged to visit quesnel.ca/municipal-services/taxes-utilities for information on utility billing, property taxes, and more.
City Hall has COVID-19 safety protocols in place and remains well equipped to receive guests during the hours it is open to the public. The City thanks residents for continuing to do their part to ensure everyone’s safety by wearing a mask and practising social distancing when visiting City Hall.
