Meeting occurred at the Interlakes Community Centre (7592 Highway 24, Electoral Area "L")
The Chair recognized that the meeting was taking place on the traditional, unceded territory of the Canim Lake Band

Minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held July 13th, 2023 were received/adopted
Business:
The Committee considered the following matters:
1) Discussion of the Allocation of the Remaining Growing Communities Funds
2) Presentation from the Deputy CAO -- "Emailed Records Policy"
Following the Committee discussions -- the Committee made the following recommendations to the Regional Board
Growing Community Fund Allocations:
* up to $30,000 for re-installation sign at north boundary of Cariboo Regional District in Electoral Area "B"
* Upgrades to IT and Asset Management Software - $325,000
* Admin Support - $350,000
CONTRARY TO THE MOTION - Directors Bachmeier and Forseth (Areas B,D)
Resolved -- That Staff report back on audio-visual upgrades to the Boardroom and present the report during 2024 Budget Discussions'
