Dan Brooks as BC Conservative Leader?

Yesterday -- Dan Brooks who ran as the BC Conservative Party candidate in Nechako Lakes announced in Kamloops that he wants to be Leader of the BC Conservative Party.  You can read a blog post that my Uncle Alan Forseth did on Mr. Brooks' announcement here

However, provincial politics blogger Bernard von Schulmann on his blog BC Iconoclast takes a counterpoint view at Mr. Brooks' campaign and what his realistic chances at winning are.  View that blog post here

My own view is that we need to see who Mr. Brooks' opponents for the BC Conservative Party Leadership are before we write off Dan Brooks... after all, Dan Brooks may end up being the only candidate... and no, I don't plan to join the BC Conservative Party anytime soon...
