Meeting Agenda Adopted and the Minutes of the CCRHD Board Meeting held on February 13th and March 27th, 2020 were received/adopted
The Board received the Delegations Memorandum of Business, as of April 17th, 2020
Business:
1) The Board received the Hospital Consent Calendar, as of April 17th, 2020
2) The Board received the Central Interior Rural Division of Family Practice - Maternity Survey, as provided by the Vice-Chair
3) The Board received the Request for Foundation Partnership Grant Funding from the Cariboo Foundation Hospital Trust in the amount of $90,041.49 and the Board deferred further consideration of the request to its' May meeting

Jo Anne Francis from PMT Chartered Professional Accountants LLP, appeared before the Board to present the Audited 2019 CCRHD Financial Statements

The Chair, on behalf of the Board, thanked Ms. Francis for her presentation
Resolved -- That the Audited 2019 Financial Statements for the Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital District, prepared by PMT Chartered Professional Accountants LLP, be received and approved as presented
