Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar - March 2021

In the month of March 2021 -- I attended the following meetings:

* March 1st -- NCLGA Resolutions Committee Meeting & CRD Board Broadband Visioning Exercise meeting

* March 2nd, 16th and 30th - NCLGA Executive Committee Meetings

* March 4th - CRD Finance Committee & Committee of the Whole Board Meetings' 

* March 5th and March 26th - CCRHD/Cariboo RD Board Meetings' 

* March 9th -- Attended a meeting of the Central Cariboo Arts/Culture Society Board of Directors', in my capacity as CRD Central Cariboo Director Liaison

* March 10th - Special Meeting of the Central Cariboo Joint Committee

* March 11th - Attended a 1 hour Webinar jointly hosted by Local Government Leadership Academy/Municipal Insurance Association of BC entitled "Local Governments' Most Extreme Climate Change Risk

* March 17th - CRD Policy Committee Meeting

* March 19th - Interviewed by Megan Gordon from UNBC regarding provincial support for BC Northern Communities (Municipal Councils/Regional Boards' & their Electoral Areas') to meet their Climate Change and Indigenous Reconciliation goals

* March 20th - NCLGA Board Committees & Board of Directors' Meetings'

* March 25th - Land Slippage Presentation to CRD Board as part of knowledge capacity building for Cariboo RD Board Directors' and Staff 

* March 29th - NCLGA Virtual Delegation to meet with BC's Minister of State for Childcare (Hon. Katrina Chen)

In addition -- responded to monthly inquiries from Cariboo RD Area D residents' via social media, phone/text and email as well as taking a monthly visit of trouble spots within #CaribooRD Area D, regarding the annual Spring Freshet event ..
