In his column today, Vancouver Province political columnist Mike Smyth reviews the approved changes by the BC Liberal Party's Provincial Council to change the leadership voting rules from "one person, one vote" to a weighted vote system. Also, he believes BC Premier Gordon Campbell may leave sooner than anyone believes
