Motion - Report received and identified timelines be approved

2) Highway 97/Option 1 Design Improvements

The Engineering Technologist/GM of Planning and Ops reviewed the item with the Committee
Discussion ensued thereon…

Motion - That Committee of the Whole recommend to Council:

"Council approve the refinements to Option 1 as presented in the report of the Engineering Technologist dated Jan 29th, 2014 , the design be endorsed by City Council and the Ministry of Transportation/Infrastructure be advised to proceed with the development incorporating the revisions as identified by the City of Williams Lake"
