Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar - November 2020

In the month of November 2020 -- I attended the following meetings/events:

* November 4th -- meeting of the McLeese Lake Recreation Commission at McLeese Lake Community Hall

* November 6/7th -- North Central Local Government Association's Committee/Board Meetings via Zoom

* Nov 10th - Meeting of the Central Cariboo Arts/Culture Society Board of Directors, in my capacity as CRD Central Cariboo Liaison

* Nov 12th - Strategic Planning Session/Cariboo RD Board

* Nov 13th -- Meeting with Dawson Road Maintenance online in support of road maintenance concerns from Xat'sull (Soda Creek) First Nation and meeting of the Cariboo RD Board

* Nov 23rd -- Conference Call with Emcon Services/MOTI re: General Update along with Cariboo RD Directors for Areas A,B,C,I,K and Cariboo RD Board Chair/CAO

* Nov 24th -- Presented to WL City Council, meeting in Committee of the Whole, on collaborating together to support future growth at WL Regional Airport via the Pine Valley Sewer Service.  Committee of the Whole recommended a general direction letter of support be approved.  To be ratified at the Dec 1st, 2020 WL City Council Meeting... 

* Nov 25th -- 30 minute phone discussion with TANEx in regard to lack of cell/internet services in Cariboo RD Electoral Area D and Meetings of Central Cariboo Rural Caucus/Joint Committee

In addition, participated in NCLGA Executive Committee meetings as well as Cariboo RD Conference Calls regarding Fall Seasonal Flooding in the Regional District Electoral Areas plus respond to inquiries from Area D constituents via social media, phone, text or email

As to expenses submitted in the month of November 2020:

* Nov 12th - $206 for the Cariboo RD Board's Strategic Planning Session

* Nov 13th -- $206 for the Cariboo RD Board Meeting

* Nov 25th -- $83 for meetings of the Central Cariboo Rural Caucus and Joint Committee
