To enable Cariboo RD and CCRHD Directors to meet face-to-face under current COVID-19 distancing rules, the Committee of the Whole, Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital Board, and Cariboo Regional District Board meetings scheduled for September 9 and 10 will be held in the Gibraltar Room of the Cariboo Memorial Complex at 525 Proctor St., Williams Lake, BC. This change in venue allows the board’s seating plan to meet social distancing requirements, so that directors may conduct board business without wearing masks while at their seats.
Please note that due to technical limitations in the venue, livestreaming and teleconferencing of the proceedings will not be available. Public and/or media may attend in-person. There will limited socially-distanced seating available.
Face masks will be mandatory for everyone when entering or leaving the room, or not at their seat.
