1) DRAFT Standards of Maintenance Bylaw
A report from the Chief Building Official was presented to the Committee
Discussion ensued thereon
Resolved -- That the Committee recommend to Council:
That pursuant to the report of the Chief Building Official/Acting Manager of Development Services dated August 30, 2021, Council direct City Staff to bring a final version of the standards of maintenance bylaw forward to a future Council meeting for consideration including role of the Landlord in this bylaw and budget implications in 2022
2) Proposed Cariboo RD Regional Parks and Trails Service - Additional Information
A report from the Corporate Officer was presented to the Committee

The CAO advised of the activation of the EOC/Emergency Operations Centre at Level 2 to respond to a land slippage concern at Frizzi Rd/Mackenzie Avenue North including activation of a Local State of Emergency
At the request of Councillor J. Ryll - the Committee agreed to resume consideration of Item 2 above and after further consideration -- the Committee deferred further consideration to a future Committee of the Whole meeting
