Committee of the Whole (Cariboo RD Board) Session - Sept 9th mtg

Present: Chair M. Wagner/Vice-Chair J. Massier and Directors Sjostrom, Bachmeier, Forseth, Delainey, Richmond, Glassford, Kirby, Macdonald, Fourchalk, Cobb and Campsall

Minutes of the June 17th, 2021 Committee of the Whole meeting were received/adopted

Presentation: 

Chris Marsh from Clear Sky Consulting appeared before the Committee to present the final report of the Review of the Regional District's Emergency Programs/Services 

A Question/Answer period ensued 

The Chair thanked Mr. Marsh for his time/information

Business:

The Committee then considered the following matters and after some time -  made recommendations to the Regional Board for its' consideration:

1) Review of the Regional District's Emergency Programs/Services 

2) Final Report of the Central Cariboo-Chilcotin Housing Needs Assessment

3) Addition of Firehalls and Fire Station Infrastructure as Eligible Projects for Community Works Funds

4) Proposed Establishment of a Regional Economic Development Function

After the Committee considered the above 4 matters - The Committee then agreed to adjourn
