Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar -- Sept 2021

In the month of September 2021 -- I attended the following meetings/events:

* Sept 1st -- Special NCLGA Board Meeting for UBCM Presentation on Draft UBCM Policy Paper on Local Government Finance to be considered at the virtual 2021 UBCM Convention

* Sept 7th -- 2021 AGM of the McLeese Lake Recreation Commission Society with monthly McLeese Lake Recreation Commission meeting to follow

* Sept 8th - Annual UBCM Ministry Staff meetings with FLRORD/MOTI Staff to discuss Crown Parcels at former Wildwood Elementary School site and Area "D" road issues

* Sept 9th -Annual UBCM Ministry Staff meeting with BC Hydro, then Regional District Committee of the Whole

* Sept 10th - Cariboo RD Board Meeting

* Sept 14-16 -- 2021 Virtual UBCM Convention

* Sept 22nd -- Meetings of Central Cariboo Rural Caucus and Joint Committee 

* Sept 24th -- Chaired a meeting of the NCLGA AGM/Organizing Committee

* Sept 25th - 2021 Wildwood Community Association AGM

Also attended NCLGA Executive Committee meetings in the month of Sept 2021 as well as responding to inquiries of Cariboo RD Area "D" residents via social media, email or phone

As to submitted expenses in the month of September 2021:

* Sept 9th Committee of the Whole meeting (Cariboo RD Board) -- $206

* Sept 10th Cariboo RD Board meeting -- $206

* Sept 14-16th -- UBCM Convention -- $133 x 3 days = $399

* Sept 22nd -- Central Cariboo Rural Caucus and Joint Committee meetings -- $83
