Present: Chair J. Glassford, Directors Sjostrom (via teleconference), Bachmeier, Massier, Forseth, Delainey, LeBourdais, Wagner, Richmond (via teleconference), Kirby, Mernett, Macdonald, Fourchalk, Cobb, Campsall and Alternate Director L. Roodenburg (Quesnel) 

Meeting called to order at 9:30am and the Chair recognized that the meeting was taking place on traditional Northern Secwepemc (Shuswap) territory

Minutes of the Committee meeting held March 4th, 2021 were received/adopted

Business:

The Committee proceeded to review proposed Business Plans for CRD Services in 2022, the CFO/CAO/Staff responded to questions of Directors' and provided direction on the proposed 2022 Business Plans

The Committee received a report of the CFO concerning the 2022 Provisional Budget 

The Committee adjourned at 12:50pm
