In light of the regrettable allegations from Quesnel Councillor Sushil Thapar in which he suggested Quesnel Mayor Mary Sjostrom and her two fellow Councillors - Coralee Oakes and L-A Roodenburg as "greedy" and "there only to make money", Quesnel Councillor Coralee Oakes explains to Quesnel taxpayers what she does on their behalf in a "letter to the editor" published on the Quesnel Cariboo Observer website today
