With the deadline for candidates who ran in local elections (whether they got elected or not) coming up on Monday, March 19th at 4:30pm to file the necessary campaign financial disclosure form - The City of Quesnel has released the full list of candidates' campaign finance disclosure forms. For the Office of Mayor - Ron Craigmyle spent the least at $1,035.38 or $1.25 per vote and current Quesnel Mayor Mary Sjostrom spent the most at $17,303.82 or $16.37 per vote
For the Office of Councillor - Paul Kainth spent the least at $233.04 or $0.21 per vote with Ed Coleman spending the most at $2,997.31 or $1.73 per vote
After Monday - filing your campaign finance form with the local Chief Election Officer will cost you a $500 late filing fee until Thursday, April 19th. After April 19th - you can not file your campaign finance form and you will be prohibited from running in the 2014 Civic Election
