Steve's Meeting/Expense Calendar - September 2020

 In the month of September 2020 - I attended the following meetings or events:

* September 8th - Central Cariboo Arts/Culture Society's 2020 AGM/September Regular Board of Directors Meeting in my capacity as Central Cariboo CRD Director Liaison 

* September 10th - Committee of the Whole Session (CRD Board)

* September 11th - Cariboo RD/CCRHD Board Meetings

* September 15th - Area D Advisory Planning Commission Meeting at McLeese Lake Community Hall

* September 16th - Meeting with ICBC, via teleconference, in regards to safety at Forglen Road/Highway 97 North & Meeting with BC Ministry of Transportation re: Forglen Road, Beaver Lake Road between CRD Areas D/F and performance of Emcon Services regarding responding to public inquiries; Central Cariboo Rural Directors' Caucus and Joint Committee

* September 18th - Meeting with BC RCMP Commanding Officer Jennifer Strachan (along with CRD Area B Director Barb Bachmeier), via teleconference, in regards to police officer strength in the Electoral Areas of the Cariboo RD

* September 22-24: 2020 Union of BC Municipalities Virtual Convention, via online portal

* September 23rd: 2020 AGM of the McLeese Lake Recreation Commission Society 

* September 30th: 2020 NCLGA Resolution Roundtable Session on Rural Health Care

Also - responded to monthly inquiries from Area D residents' via phone, email, or social media as well as my duties as Table Officer (2nd Vice President) of the North Central Local Government Association at their Executive Committee

As to expenses submitted in the month of September 2020:

* September 22-24th - 2020 Virtual Convention of Union of BC Municipalities: $399
