Sunday News... June 3rd edition

1) A small group protested in 100 Mile House outside the office of Federal Conservative MP Cathy McLeod (Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo) in regards to Bill C-38 (2012 Federal Budget Implementation Bill).  These protests also took place at Conservative MP offices' throughout the country.  I'm not convinced that these protests will have any influence on the thinking of Canada's Prime Minister, his Cabinet and his caucus on C-38 - given his majority in both the House of Commons/Senate.  Read more here

3) BC Ideas is targeting Quesnel as part of 10 communities in BC to champion social innovation/challenges, following up from an announcement from BC Premier Christy Clark on this from last November  Some sources to read include:
