Population Count/2021 Census -- Cariboo-Chilcotin Region

Earlier today -- the initial results of the 2021 Canadian Census were released earlier today by Statistics Canada

Here in the Cariboo-Chilcotin: 

District of Wells -- 2021 Population was 218, an increase of 1 from the 2016 Census which was 217 

City of Quesnel -- 2021 Population was 9,889 - an increase of 10 from the 2016 Census which was 9,879 

City of Williams Lake -- 2021 Population was 10,947 - an increase of 194 from the 2016 Census which was 10,753 

District of 100 Mile House -- 2021 Population was 1,928 - an increase of 10 from the 2016 Census which was 1,918 

In the Cariboo Regional District Rural Unincorporated Areas -- by Electoral Area: 

Area "A" -- 2021 Population was 6,169 - an decrease of 65 from the 2016 Census which was 6,234 
Area "B" -- 2021 Population was 3,864 - an increase of 22 from the 2016 Census which was 3,842 
Area "C" -- 2021 Population was 1,239 - an increase of 14 from the 2016 Census which was 1,225 
Area "D" -- 2021 Population was 2,870 - an decrease of 59 from the 2016 Census which was 2,929 
Area "E" -- 2021 Population was 4,112 - an increase of 48 from the 2016 Census which was 4,064 
Area "F" -- 2021 Population was 4,792 - an increase of 238 from the 2016 Census which was 4,554 
Area "G" -- 2021 Population was 5,312 - an increase of 156 from the 2016 Census which was 5,156
