Editor's Note - access to Agenda Items are unavailable at the moment. I'm advised by the City of WL CAO that it is an issue with the iCompass software the City uses and that City Staff are diligently attempting to resolve this matter. I thank Mr. Carruthers' for his quick response this afternoon and hopefully this can be resolved so public access to Council Agendas can be restored once again
