1) 2015 Annual Council Meeting Schedule
The Deputy Corporate Administrator reviewed her report to the Committee
Discussion ensued thereon
Resolved -- That the Committee recommend to Council that it approve the draft 2015 Council meeting schedule
2) Transition Funding Project
The City Manager reviewed his report with the Committee
Discussion ensued thereon
Resolved -- That Items 1, 3 and 5 as contained in the City Manager's report be referred back to Staff to develop an Action Plan for those items
3) 2015 Canada Winter Games Torch Relay
The City Manager provided the Committee with a verbal update on this item
The Deputy Corporate Administrator reviewed the upcoming meetings
