Local Gov't Mtgs - Wk of March 10-14

All local governments except School District #27 and the District of Wells are meeting next week as follows:

Quesnel - Regular Council Meeting on Mon, March 10th at 7pm in Quesnel Council Chambers (2nd Floor - 410 Kinchant St).  On the Agenda:

* Adopt recommendations from March 3rd COW Mtg (Approve QCEDC Budget)
* Primary Liquor License for Billy Barker Casino
* Campbell Crescent Lots
* Healthy Communities application
* Adopt 3 Local BIA Bylaws

School District #28 (Quesnel) - Regular Board of Education meeting on Wed March 12th at 7pm in the SD #28 Boardroom (401 North Star Rd - Quesnel).  When available, you can view the Agenda here

Williams Lake - Regular Council Meeting at 6pm on Tues March 11th in WL Council Chambers (450 Mart St).  ON the Agenda:

Delegations - local Conservation Society asking Proclamations for Earth Day/World Water Day & update from TRU Director, Dr. Ray Sanders

Business:

* Extend Jantorial Contract for 1 year
* Proposal for allow "Service Commercial" use in CS-3 Zones (Highway 97/20)

100 Mile House - Regular Council Meeting on Tues March 11th at 7pm in 100 Mile Council Chambers (385 Birch Ave).  The Agenda, when available, can be viewed here

Cariboo Regional District:

The South Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus/Joint Committee will meet on Mon March 10th as follows:

South Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus - 4pm Monday in 100 Mile Council Chambers (385 Birch Ave).  The Caucus will get an RCMP Update and discuss South Cariboo Transit & South Cariboo Recreation/Hospital District Taxation.  View the full Agenda here

South Cariboo Joint Committee - 5pm Monday in 100 Mile Council Chambers.  The Joint Committee will receive a presentation from the Fraser Basin Council re: Integrated Community Sustainability Planning.  In addition, the Joint Committee will discuss a Revised Grant in Aid Submission from the Cariboo Family Enrichment Centre, receive an annual report from 100 Mile & District Outriders Club, and discuss costs for the proposed South Cariboo Swimming Pool
