March 24th NC Arena Mtg Format Change

Joint Release of the City of Quesnel/Cariboo Regional District:

March 25^th North Cariboo arena meeting venue & format changed

Open House from 4-6:45 p.m. and Presentation at 7 p.m.

Quesnel, B.C. - The North Cariboo Joint Planning Committee (NCJPC) has restructured the meeting format for the March 25, public meeting regarding the proposed vision for a new arena. The meeting will include an Open House portion which will be held from 4 – 6:45 p.m. in the lobby of the existing arenas and a Presentation at 7 p.m. in the Royal Canadian Legion.

During the Open House session, residents and user groups will be able to drop by, ask questions, view displays and speak with the elected officials and staff. The Presentation will offer a full overview of the proposed vision of the arena, as well as an opportunity for a Question and Answer segment.

Meeting Date:                   March 25, 2014

Time:                                   Open House - 4-6:45 p.m. – Arena Lobby

                                             Presentation - 7 p.m. – Royal Canadian Legion

Who should attend:          North Cariboo Recreation Boundary residents, key stakeholders, user groups and anyone else with an interest in the future of this project.
