On Tuesday - WL Council:

* Dr. Rudy Wassenaar receives Accessbility Award of Merit
* Jr Council presents to Council - see here
* Advisory Planning Commission has recommended to Council:
i) 2nd Reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw #2138 (Pinetree Developments) - see here
ii) Approve Development Permit 2-2011 (Platform Properties - Prosperity Way) - see here
Note - Item "2" is subject to Public Comment prior to Council either adopting or rejecting the Development Permit
iii) 2nd Reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw #2135 (Retirement Concepts) (Report from City Planner Lilliana Dragowska)- see here
Question - Isn't writing a report in the first person when you weren't at meetings that you're writing about morally wrong. The report on Item "3" should have, in my view, been writen in the third person as Ms. Dragowska wasn't personally in attendance but her boss, Geoff Goodall, was - both for the Retirment Concepts Public Meeting on May 26th and the Advisory Planning Commission meeting on May 31st, hence why she should have written the report in the third person and not the first or even better - Geoff Goodall should have writing the report himself
* Request for Street Lighting on Pathway that runs behind Alley Katz Building, RCMP Detachment
Building and Glen Arbour Building - see here
* Public Hearing on new OCP (Official Community Plan) - see here but Council can, after the Public Hearing, give the OCP 3rd Reading and Adoption, if they so choose
