ESS Reception Centre Activated at Lake City Secondary (Carson Campus)

To support the evacuees from north of Prince George, an Emergency Social Services (ESS) Reception Centre has been activated at the Lake City Secondary Campus at 640 Carson Drive in Williams Lake. 

The Reception Centre will be set up at 9:30 am today and is scheduled to be open for 7 days. 

Once registered, evacuees will be referred to commercial accommodations identified in Williams Lake. Group lodging is not required at this time; should this become necessary, group lodging will be initially established in Prince George. 

At this time, donations are not being accepted. For community members interested in volunteering, please stop by the Reception Centre as soon as possible today to speak with a coordinator.
