Today, voters' in the Interlakes area of Electoral Area 'L' of the Cariboo Regional District will be heading to the polls to vote on the following question:
“Are you in favour of the Cariboo Regional District adopting Bylaw 5147, which will authorize the borrowing of up to $800,000 over 10 years to replace two aging engine/pumper fire apparatus for the Interlakes Area Fire Protection Service?
(The estimated annual cost to undertake this borrowing will not require any adjustment to tax rates.)”

Voting will take place at the following locations from 8am - 8pm:
* Interlakes Library, 7170 Levick Crescent
* South Cariboo Recreation Centre, 175B Wrangler Way, 100 Mile House
Results from the referendum should be known early next week....
