OCP Banner still up at WL City Hall

Passing by Williams Lake City Hall - noticed the old "Imagine our Future" Banner which is still up.

Given that Williams Lake City Council has now, in fact, passed the new Official Community Plan on June 7th, 2011.  Isn't it time to bring the banner down as the Imagine Our Future project is officially over
