WL City Hall remembers 10th Anniversary of 9/11

While Williams Lake City Hall remembered the 10th Anniversary of the 9/11 Tragedy, it was disappointing to see both the Provincial Government Building (White House) and the local RCMP Building have their flags at full-staff while WL City Hall had theirs at half-staff
